Exhibition: "Mud Works" Venice Biennale 2016

As part of the 2016 Architecture Biennale in Venice, Anna Heringer and Martin Rauch presented their mud architecture, titled "Pepita". Curated by Andres Lepik, the project invited visitors to engage with one of the most ancient forms of building, which still has its relevance in todays debate around material choices and techniques for contemporary architecture.

As Assistant Curator, I had the chance to research the history of building with earth and provide an overview/summary as part of the installation. Working with Studio Mut during this design process has been as smooth and straightforward as back in 2014.
